Welcome to a house with a good standard and close to the sea in Stora Höga, south of Stenungsund. Perfect home for a family or group of people who want comfortable accommodation close to both the sea, services and many attractions in Bohuslän, but also to the entertainment city of Gothenburg. The whole family will enjoy it here! The house is spacious with personal furnishings, many social spaces and is located in a quiet residential area close to both services and salt baths. The plot consists of both a garden part and a lawn for play and games. The entrance floor contains a modern kitchen, three substantial bedrooms, a spacious living room with both a sofa group and dining room furniture. Exit to lovely conservatory with sliding doors that blur the line between the indoor and outdoor environment. There is also an exit to a spacious terrace with lounge furniture where you can enjoy your holiday over a good meal and drink. Beautiful tiled bathroom with both bath and shower. Downstairs you have an extra guest toilet and access to a laundry room with a washing machine. (Other rooms in the house are closed/private) You have about 1.5 km to Getskär's nice bathing area with both a sandy beach, jetty and cliffs. Only 600 meters to a grocery store and a few different restaurants. Good connections by both train and express bus to Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg, 41 km. 7 km to Stenungsund and Stenungs Torg beautiful shopping center with about 60 shops and all other imaginable services. During the summer, several events and activities are arranged here. Excellent location for excursions in the immediate area with many charming archipelago communities and sights on Tjörn and Orust. A bit south also attracts Marstrand - the west coast's sailing metropolis with a bustling folk life, historic buildings and royal splendor.
